Farmers are increasingly more and more reliant on technology for bigger yields and keeping track of data sets. Enter Crop Connect, an agricultural streamlining and organizational tool.
My goals for this project were simple: I wanted to have this app be a viable solution for the organization of a farmer’s data. It should have the “Pick-up-and-Go” feel like all other apps, and very little training required. These apps should improve and streamline the farmers’ existing technologies. Then simplify the process and repeat.

Even though the Desktop interface was the main interface of my apps, it was by far the simplest.
I wanted these interfaces to feel familiar and easily be picked up with very little training.
Often times farmers will have high school students whom they will hire for the summer. These interfaces need to accommodate them as well.
Even though the Desktop interface was the main interface of my apps, it was by far the simplest. This is because behind the scenes there are many things going on. Information and data are being fed to this application via the Crop Connect cloud.
